  • Prepare Tax Invoices, P.O., Data Entry & monthly inventory.
  • Liaise with customers & suppliers on orders, delivery, shipments, AR & AP.
  • Attend to walk-in customers.

Salary: $2800 - $3000

Working Days: Mon - Fri | 8.30am - 6pm

Working Location: Ang Mo Kio

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist senior in administrative duties
  • Prepare Tax Invoices, P.O., Data Entry & monthly inventory
  • Liaise with customers & suppliers on orders, delivery, shipments, AR & AP
  • Liaise with freight, media & printing companies
  • Any other duties and assignments from the superior as required
  • Attend to walk-in customers
Requirements
  • Min 2 years of administrative/relevant work experience
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiar with ISO 9001
