Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a Sales Support Admin. The role involves liaising with various departments for accurate order management and timely deliveries. Candidates should have a diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields and 2-3 years of sales support experience. Proficiency in Pivot tables and Vlookup is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Marketing or related fields is preferred.
  • 2-3 years of relevant hands-on experience in sales support.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with relevant department for customer, product, order, price, and inventory creation.
  • Close communication with salesperson to ensure accurate sales orders.
  • Liaise with warehouse to ensure timely delivery of sales orders.
  • Obtain management approval for credit hold orders.
  • Manage order submission, monitoring, and management.
  • Monitor incoming stock.
  • Update price applications and pricelist.
  • Prepare monthly sales, inventory, and order reports.
  • Provide ad-hoc marketing support.

Skills

Education

Sales Support Admin

Location: At Bugis

Working Hours: 9am- 5.45pm, 5 days

Salary: $2800- $3500

Job Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with relevant department in Singapore and China office for customer, product, order, price and inventory creation.
  • Close communication and follow-up with salesperson to ensure that all sales orders submitted are accurate.
  • Liaise with warehouse to ensure sales orders are delivered timely.
  • Obtain management approval to release customer order due to credit hold for over credit limit or overdue invoices.
  • Order submission, monitoring and management
  • Monitor incoming stock
  • Price application and pricelist update
  • Prepare monthly sales, inventory and order reports
  • Ad-hoc marketing support
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned as deemed appropriate.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Marketing or related fields is preferred.
  • Proficient in Pivot table & Vlookup is advantage
  • 2-3 years of relevant hands-on experience in sales support
