  • Performing Hands On training to team and junior members
  • Train and lead a highly effective team committed to achieving sales targets.
  • Manage business development and strategic positioning for products and services.
  • Oversee and assist in operational matters.
  • Liaise with suppliers and customers to address inquiries and opportunities.
  • Research and understudy new products for R&D
  • Survey and understanding of the market trends and needs.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
