  • Plan and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration and revenue growth.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
  • Track sales performance and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors and partners.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and product availability.
  • Monitor competitors' activities and market trends to identify business opportunities.
