Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide the day-to-day activities of the sales team.
• Set and monitor sales targets for individuals and the team.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, trends, and forecasts.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and logistics teams to support business goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
