We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Supervisor to join our team in the manufacturing and processing of tin plate and steel products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell steel and tin plate products to existing and potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base locally and regionally.
  • Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and follow up on customer inquiries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on order processing, delivery schedules, and after-sales support.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business planning.
  • Attend client meetings and business trips when required.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the steel or manufacturing industry.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and business partners.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and target-oriented.
  • Willing to travel overseas for business trips when required.
Working Hours & Rest Days:
  • 5-day work week (Monday to Friday).
  • Rest days: Saturday and Sunday.
  • If required to work on weekends due to business travel or client meetings, replacement off-days will be provided based on mutual agreement.
