Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore seeks a Business Development Executive. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.

  • Coordinate project requirements between clients and engineers.
  • Manage end-to-end processes including contracts and payments.

Job Description
  • Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Conduct client visits to identify and understand their challenges and requirements
  • Prepare detailed needs analysis and documentation based on client interviews
  • Coordinate project requirements and communication between clients and internal engineers
  • Manage end-to-end processes including quotation, contract negotiation, and payment follow-up
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English to liaise with Mandarin speaking and local clients; Japanese language skills are a strong advantage in order to communicate with Japanese management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in one of the followings:
    • Sales of software solutions related to AI and IoT
    • Sales experience in the construction industry
  • Work experience in Japanese companies or European/American companies will be an added advantage
  • Diploma degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration or IT related field (Candidates with strong relevant work experience may be considered regardless of educational background)
  • Candidates with experience in handling government-related applications or procedures will also be prioritized
