Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets in packaging products/services.
  • Identify and engage potential customers through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, support, and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale in alignment with company policies.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to management.
  • Attend industry events, tradeshows, and client meetings as needed.
Education and Work Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Packaging Technology, or a related field.
