Job description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell the company’s range of medical devices to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as doctors, nurses, biomedical engineers, and purchasing departments.
  • Identify new business opportunities, expand market share, and achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, in-servicing, and clinical support during trials or product evaluations.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product management teams to implement promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and provide feedback to management for strategic planning.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports through CRM systems.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory, quality, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, Nursing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2–5 years of sales experience in the medical device or healthcare industry (experience in [specific area, e.g., surgical, diagnostic, or capital equipment] is advantageous).
  • Strong understanding of hospital procurement processes and medical device regulations in Singapore.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence (preferred).
