Job description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Operations: Manage and execute sales activities in Singapore and selected territories in Johor, Malaysia.

  • Lead Generation: Identify and target potential customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels.

  • Sales Presentations: Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, emphasizing the value, performance, and benefits of our HVAC systems and solutions.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities.

  • Sales Reporting: Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and updates for management.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer support.

Requirements:
  • Experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC, mechanical, or building services industry.

  • Proven track record in lead generation, business development, and achieving sales targets.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated, independent, and willing to travel (approximately 20–30% to Johor).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

  • Possess a valid Class 3 driving license.
