Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Specialist for the Digital Workspace Services team in the Enterprise Business Group (EBG).

As a Sales Specialist you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of pipeline and opportunities of the services portfolio of the DWS team.

You will partner with account managers, product managers, and be responsible for acquiring deals, through offering a compelling business proposal to boost sales and profitability. You will be responsible for seeing through deals to closure and delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed agreed set of KPIs, including pipeline, sales, revenue & profit targets.
  • Develop a comprehensive plan to achieve these targets.
  • Independently own the Sales Specialist role - coordinating with marketing on lead generation, following up on leads, and opportunity conversions.
  • Develop effective collateral such as business proposals, slides and a pitch that translates the benefits DWS Services into business outcomes that meet customer needs.
  • Build and contribute towards best practices and the development of collateral, such as sales guides, cheat sheets, product offerings, competitive landscape, benchmark market price, client references and service & process enhancements.
  • Report to regular sales management cadences, including business performance, pipeline and forecast.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of managed services sales focused on day 2 operations service.
  • Industry knowledge with sales certifications of IT management platforms, preferably, but not limited to, ServiceNow.
  • Have solution selling experience in ITSM, FSM, and familiar with ticket/case management & workflow automation platforms.
  • Possess excellent communication and negotiation skill with experience engaging C‑Suite members.
  • Clarity to drive alignment across one or more delivery teams.
  • Resilient individual who is able to adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Diploma or Tertiary degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • ITIL certification
  • SPIN, MEDDIC, or other certifications.
