Sales Specialist – Construction / Building Materials

🕘 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Basic Salary: Up to S$5,600/month
  • Transport Allowance + Petrol Card Provided

As our Sales Specialist, you’ll represent the brand on the ground—working directly with developers, contractors, and consultants to deliver tailored solutions and drive results. You’ll play a crucial role in expanding our footprint and supporting key project needs in Singapore’s vibrant construction sector.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with developers, consultants, architects, and contractors.
  • Actively seek out new project opportunities and expand client base.
  • Monitor ongoing project progress and provide accurate forecasts for material needs.
  • Present tailored solutions to meet specific project or client challenges.
  • Deliver after-sales support including technical advice and troubleshooting.
  • Keep management informed of market insights, trends, and competitor activities.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and align all terms with clients and dealers.
🎯 Who We’re Looking For
  • 3 years of sales experience in the construction or building materials sector.
  • Proven experience in project-based selling with strong personal sales achievements.
  • Must own personal vehicle – regular travel to project sites is required.
