Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Sales Solutions Engineer to generate leads and support clients with technical sales. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in technical sales, possess a Diploma in Engineering, and hold a Class 3 License. The position offers a salary range of $4000 - $5500, with potential for higher based on experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in technical and/or engineering sales.
  • Possess Class 3 License.
  • Own vehicle is an advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Generate and qualify new leads
  • Provide services to current and new clients through consultative selling, cross-selling or up-selling the company’s products and/or services.
  • Regularly inform clients of new product offerings and technical updates. Introduce and position relevant solutions based on product developments.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and related technologies across industries to support technically accurate engagements.
  • Provide technically viable product configurations and solutions based on client requirements and available technologies.
  • Develop and/or customise relevant materials and presentations that explain key product features and viable technical solutions to benefit clients and prospects.
  • Manage accounts effectively throughout the sales cycle – Prospecting, Business Development, Deal Confirmation and Post-Sales Support.
  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends and market activities.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in technical and/or engineering sales preferably in refineries/petrochemical plants and related industries
  • Possess at least a Diploma in Engineering
  • Class 3 License is a must
  • Have own vehicle which will be an advantage (not neccesary)
