Sales & Service Engineer (Food & Beverage Manufacturing)

Our client is seeking a Sales & Service Engineer to join their team!

As a Sales & Service Engineer, you will be the cornerstone for profitable growth, leveraging your expertise in sales and service to build lasting customer relationships and drive innovation. This role offers the perfect blend of challenges and opportunities for those who thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about delivering excellence.

Other Information:

• Working Day: 5 days (Need to work on weekend as per clients request)
• Working Hour: 8am-5pm (Need to work after working hour as per clients request)
• Working Location: Office at Gul Circle area
• Salary Range: Basic $3,800-$5,000 + Transport Allowance $1,100 + Mobile Allowance + Sales Incentive + Additional Parking claim & Petrol card

What you'll be doing?

• Business Planning: Collaborate with your manager to meet sales targets, analyze business results, and strategize for growth.
• Account Management: Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring service excellence and account profitability.
• Customer Value Delivery: Identify opportunities to enhance results and customer service and effectively communicate value.
• Client Site Visit: Required to attend to client side for issues solution and products training as well as products showcase.

Who they are looking for?

• Educational Background: A degree in Chemical Process Engineering or Food Science is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Experience: At least 4 years of sales experience in Food and Beverage manufacturing industry is required.
• Personal Attributes: Ability to work independently, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.
• Skills: Excellent planning, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Technical Understanding: A basic understanding of electrical and mechanical concepts is beneficial.
• Vehicle Requirement: Possess own car or willing to lease/rent a car provided with Transport Allowance given by employer.
