This role requires a strong understanding of technical sales, customer relationship management, and marketing strategies to expand market reach and increase revenue. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling electrical products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share for transformers and related accessories.
• Identify and engage potential customers, including industrial clients, contractors, and distributors.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Provide technical recommendations to customers based on their requirements.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Focus on Trafindo transformer products and sell associated accessories and components.
• Assist in project-related sales when needed.
• Travel for business meetings, customer visits, and project support when assigned.

Marketing Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote transformers and related products.
• Create and distribute promotional materials, brochures, and digital content.
• Manage and update the company’s website, social media, and online marketing platforms.
• Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Work closely with the sales team to create effective sales presentations and promotional strategies.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to build brand awareness.

Job Requirements
