A leading FMCG company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Representative to manage key accounts and generate sales through retail outlets and distributors. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the FMCG sector, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset. Sales Representative (FMCG)
Key Responsibilities:
· Visit retail outlets, wholesalers, and distributors regularly to generate sales
· Manage and grow key modern trade accounts (NTUC, Sheng Siong, DFI, etc)
· Build and maintain strong working relationships with buyers and retail partners
· Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
· Faster response to market needs by monitoring and track competitors’ activities
· Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market feedback
· Participate in promotional activities and involve in marketing events
· Ensure product visibility and availability in key outlets
· Work closely with internal operations/ logistic teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
· Provide weekly/monthly sales reports to management
· Provide excellent after-sales service to maintain customer satisfaction and repeat business
· Stay up to date with industry regulations and product developments
Who We’re Looking For:
· Min 1-2 years relevant experience, preferably in FMCG line
· Well-presented, professional, and business savvy.
· Good communication skills
· Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
· Detail-oriented, “Hunter” mindset and result-driven
· Self-motivated, proactive with initiative
· Immediate availability or short notice preferred
