Job summary

A leading pharmaceutical company in Singapore seeks a sales representative to manage customer visits, implement sales promotions, and ensure compliance with internal procedures. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a relevant role and GCE O Level education. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also required. This role involves significant customer interaction and accountability.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a sales or merchandising role within FMCG or Consumer healthcare.
  • Ability to maintain daily call rates of 10 to 12.
  • Confident, courageous, and accountable.

Responsibilities

  • Visit all customers in assigned territories.
  • Prepare and submit daily, monthly, and quarterly call plans.
  • Maintain daily call rates.
  • Merchandise and implement trade activities.
  • Provide feedback on product performance and competitors.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Make visits to all customers in assigned territories
  • Prepare, update and submit daily, monthly and quarterly call plan
  • Maintain average daily call rate – 10 to 12 per day
  • 2.Sales and Promotion :
  • Merchandising – Housekeeping, FIFO, Price Checks, Photo-taking, and securing visible space and displays
  • Implementation of Trade Activities
  • Stocks check and Replenishment
  • Feedback on own, competitor, new products and happenings at stores
  • Action plan to achieve sales Target
  • 4.Observation, Feedback and Detailing :
  • Feedback on the performance of the trade activities, changes observed on the ground relating to your assigned products
  • Regular audit on the status plus condition of assigned products and POSMs
  • Check on competitors’ activities or potential threats and feedback immediately
  • Seek potential sales growth opportunities and propose
  • To detail & promote your assigned products to your assigned customers eg. retail staff, Store managers &/or pharmacists etc
  • 5.Compliance of ISO procedures and COC – Ensure 100% compliance with ZP’s ISO procedures, iHCP and COC policies; and any other rules or regulations deemed as necessary by the management
Education / Skill Requirement(s)
  • GCE “O” Level and above
  • Conversant with Microsoft Office
  • Preferably with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a sales or merchandising role within the FMCG or Consumer healthcare industry.
