This is a 6 months contract role.
Responsibilities:
- Support the lead Sales Representative in the creation, validation, and maintenance of Management Information (MI) reports.
 - Ensure timely and accurate entry of sales data, customer information, and other relevant records in the system.
 - Uphold data integrity and accuracy by adhering to established processes and controls.
 - Monitor and follow up on sales-related processes and reporting requirements, including responding to analytics queries and maintaining timely communication with clients.
 - Timely distribution of assigned reports and analytics in accordance with specifications.
 - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth sales operations and deliver consistent customer service excellence.
 - Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, including managing correspondence, updating Salesforce (SFDC) records, and preparing sales presentations and proposals.
 
Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a sales analytical or sales support role with prior experience dealing with data.
 - Hands-on experience using Salesforce.
 - Proficient in data analysis and modelling using Python and SQL will be an added advantage.
 - Familiarity with BI and data visualisation tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI will be an added advantage.
