Job description

Job Overview:

Empire Works is looking for motivated and customer-focused Sales Renovation Consultants to join our growing team. You will play a key role in meeting new homeowners, providing consultation, and managing renovation projects from start to finish.

This is a commission-based role. Our consultants earn an average of $5,000 to $7,000 monthly.

Working hours are flexible, but expect to work on most weekends to meet with homeowners and close sales.

10 to 15 qualified leads will be provided each month to support your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and meet with prospective homeowners interested in renovation
  • Provide consultations and propose design ideas tailored to their needs
  • Assist clients in choosing materials, colors, finishes, and fittings
  • Prepare renovation proposals and quotations
  • Project manage and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Provide updates, handle concerns, and manage expectations throughout the project
  • Deliver excellent before- and after-sales service

Requirements:

  • Passionate about interior design, home improvement, and customer service
  • Positive, self-driven, and motivated to close deals
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Able to work weekends and manage flexible working hours
  • Prior renovation or sales experience is a bonus – training provided
