Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed sales target of the store.
  • Build rapport and customer loyalty.
  • Proactively follow‑up on customer queries and needs.
  • Respond positively to customer complaints.
  • Use product promotions to drive sales.
  • Actively collect competitor information and communicate this upwards for appropriate decision making.
  • Take part in training to obtain in-depth product knowledge and communicate to customers effectively.
  • Ensure that visual merchandising standards are adhered to all times.
  • Report sales efficiently and maintain a high standard of accuracy.
