Job description

📍 Island-wide locations (Staffs will be required to travel to different outlets within the assigned region)

🟡 Full-Time:

  • Working Hours: Min. 8 hours per day
  • Working Days: 6 days per week
  • Salary: Up to $3,000 per month

🟠 Part-Time:

  • Working Hours: Min. 6 hours per day
  • Working Days: Min. 4 days per week (Inclusive of weekends & PH)
  • Salary: Up to $13/hour
Job Responsibilities
  • Actively approach, greet and engage customers in a warm and friendly manner to promote new launches, seasonal products and promotional items.
  • Leveraging expert product knowledge to answer questions with confidence and persuade customers.
  • Actively upsell and cross-sell products to enhance the customers' purchasing value.
  • Create and maintain visually appealing product displays that highlight bestsellers and new launches to attract customers' attention.
  • Ensure all promotional materials (e.g., posters, signages, product tags) are accurately placed, updated and visually appealing.
  • Work collaboratively with outlets' staffs to achieve daily sales targets and maintain a positive shop environment.
  • Collect and share valuable customers' feedback, market trends and competitors observations with the management to improve our offerings.
  • Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor/ Manager to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Job Requirements
  • SINGAPOREANS ONLY
  • Min. 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Promoter/ Brand Ambassador/ Customer service role.
  • Outgoing, confident and energetic personality with a strong passion for customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to influence customers' purchasing decisions.
  • A responsible, reliable and team-oriented individual.
  • Must be willing to travel across different outlets within the assigned region.
  • Able to commit on weekends, PH and rotating shifts.
