Job Responsibilities
1. Event Execution
- Participate in roadshows or events per month (lasting 4-7 days each), providing on-site support, product demonstrations, and promotions.
- Manage the setup of roadshow / event sites, ensuring booths align with the company’s branding and display standards.
- When no events are scheduled, work as a promoter at designated stores to enhance product exposure and drive sales.
2. Store Visits & Materials Management
- Conduct store visits (possibly 40+) per month to update display models, distribute POP materials and flyers, and check inventory.
- Record visit data, compile reports, and upload photos to Google Drive for documentation.
3. Product Training
Gain in-depth knowledge of company products and deliver training sessions to promoters, ensuring they possess strong product expertise and sales skills.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 'O’ Level qualification.
- Knowledge of household appliances is an advantage.
- Prior experience in retail is preferred.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Other Information
- Basic + Commission + Incentive Up To $3k / month or more
- 6 Off Days a month (flexible scheduling required)
- Willing to work retail hours 1pm - 9pm, including weekend and PH (adapting to event and promotional schedules)
