Job summary

A leading tech company in Singapore is hiring for an Event Support Specialist to execute promotional events and manage retail store visits. Candidates should have at least an 'O' Level qualification, good interpersonal skills, and preferably prior retail experience. Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities

1. Event Execution

  • Participate in roadshows or events per month (lasting 4-7 days each), providing on-site support, product demonstrations, and promotions.
  • Manage the setup of roadshow / event sites, ensuring booths align with the company’s branding and display standards.
  • When no events are scheduled, work as a promoter at designated stores to enhance product exposure and drive sales.

2. Store Visits & Materials Management

  • Conduct store visits (possibly 40+) per month to update display models, distribute POP materials and flyers, and check inventory.
  • Record visit data, compile reports, and upload photos to Google Drive for documentation.

3. Product Training

Gain in-depth knowledge of company products and deliver training sessions to promoters, ensuring they possess strong product expertise and sales skills.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum 'O’ Level qualification.
  • Knowledge of household appliances is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in retail is preferred.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Other Information
  • Basic + Commission + Incentive Up To $3k / month or more
  • 6 Off Days a month (flexible scheduling required)
  • Willing to work retail hours 1pm - 9pm, including weekend and PH (adapting to event and promotional schedules)
