The Opportunity

In this role, you'll be a product expert for our Suu Balm product, helping customers or mostly patients find exactly what they need. You'll provide clear information about the benefits of our products and guide them towards the perfect choice. You'll also play a key role in keeping our Suu Balm displays organized and attractive.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Effectively promote the Suu Balm range of products to customers.
  • Engaging in meaningful interactions and building good relationships with customers.
  • Provide comprehensive information about the promoted products and services.
  • Help customers in finding the ideal product to meet or suit their specific needs.
  • Give advice and guidance on product selection, upselling, and recommendations.
  • Ensure and maintain the Suu Balm product displays are organized and visually appealing.
  • Maintain inventory by restocking and accurately recording inventory levels.
  • Previous experience in consumer healthcare products or related stores is advantageous.
  • Handle any assigned ad‑hoc duties efficiently.

Work Location: Singapore – Medical Institutions

What you’ll need to succeed
  • At least 1 year of retail experience or relevant working experience
  • Possession of a GCE O‑Level qualification or equivalent
  • Possess a positive and friendly attitude, shows empathy especially to patients that need help.
  • Having someone with retail experience who knows how to interact with patients in hospitals and is already familiar with hospital rules and procedures would be beneficial.
  • Clearly explain product features and benefits, actively listen to patient/customer inquiries, and provide solutions in a professional and courteous manner.
