Job description

Four Leaves is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Promoter to represent our brand and drive in-store sales. Your primary focus will be actively promoting our popular bakes, new products and in-store promotions.

Job Responsibilities:

Actively approach and engage customers in a friendly and welcoming manner to promote new launch/ seasonal/ promotion products to drive sales.

Leveraging expert product knowledge to answer questions with confidence and persuade customers.

Create appealing product displays that highlight new launches and best sellers.

Ensure promotional materials (e.g., posters, product signage) are attractive, visible and correctly placed at the outlet.

Collect and share customer feedback to improve product presentation and marketing initiatives.

Support outlets' daily operations such as cashiering, restocking and maintaining outlets' cleanliness.

Monitor and replenish bread, cakes and other products on showcases to ensure it's fully stocked.

Work closely with outlet staffs and management to achieve sales targets and maintain brand standards.

SINGAPOREANS ONLY

Proven experience in a similar role (e.g., Sales Promoter, Brand Ambassador, Retail Sales, Customer Service) will be a strong advantage.

An outgoing, confident and energetic personality with a passion for customer service.

Exceptional persuasive communication skills, with a natural ability to influence customers.

A reliable and collaborative team-player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Must be flexible and willing to travel to different Four Leaves' outlets within a designated region.

Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays and shift work.
