Job Responsibilities
- Proactively approach, greet and engage customers in a warm, friendly and professional manner to promote new product launches, seasonal items and ongoing promotions.
- Perform up-selling and cross-selling to maximize sales value while maintaining a positive and enjoyable customer experience.
- Create, arrange and maintain visually appealing product displays that highlight best-sellers, new launches and promotional items to attract customers' attention.
- Ensure all promotional materials, including signage, price tags and display labels are accurately displayed and kept up to date at all times.
- Work closely with outlet staff to support daily sales targets, ensure smooth operations and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Collect and share customers' feedback, market trends and competitors' insights with management to support continuous improvement in products, promotions and sales strategies.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor/ Manager to ensure efficient and effective outlet operations.
Job Requirements
- Singaporeans Only
- Min. 1-2 years of relevant experience as a Sales Promoter/ Brand Ambassador/ Customer Service role is an advantage.
- Outgoing, confident and energetic personality with genuine passion for customers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade customers.
- Responsible, reliable and team-oriented with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel across different Four Leaves outlets within the assigned region as required.
