Role Description

We’re hiring experienced Sales & Projects Managers across both general projects and public sector lighting markets. Candidates may be aligned based on experience and portfolio fit.

The Sales & Projects Manager (General Projects / Public Sector) will lead Krislite’s growth across Singapore’s commercial, retail, hospitality, industrial, and public sector markets. This hybrid role requires a strong network spanning private and government clients, proven success in securing lighting projects, and the ability to manage them seamlessly from award to completion. You’ll drive both strategic business development and hands‑on project execution, positioning Krislite as a trusted partner across diverse industries and institutional domains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales and business development across commercial, retail, hospitality, industrial, and public sector projects.

  • Lead strategy, tendering, and execution for housing, community, infrastructure, and institutional lighting opportunities.

  • Secure Krislite’s inclusion in consultant, architect, and contractor specifications for both private and government projects.

  • Build and manage relationships with consultants, Tier 1 contractors, M&E subcontractors, and government‑linked agencies.

  • Oversee tender submissions, pricing strategies, negotiations, and contract closing across multiple sectors.

  • Ensure smooth project delivery from award to handover, coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.

  • Maintain Krislite’s public sector product catalogue with full compliance certifications (e.g., BCA, Green Mark).

  • Identify and pursue regional or cross‑industry expansion opportunities aligned with Krislite’s growth agenda.

  • Monitor market and regulatory trends, providing competitive insights to senior management.

  • Foster long‑term client relationships to drive repeat business and trusted partnerships.

Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years in lighting, construction, or project‑based sales, with exposure to both private and public sector projects.

  • Background: From a lighting solutions provider, M&E subcontractor, main contractor, or related environment.

  • Network: Established connections across commercial, industrial, and government sectors (consultants, developers, agencies, contractors).

  • Knowledge: Tendering processes, GeBIZ procedures, BCA registration, Green Mark compliance, contract negotiation, and end‑to‑end project delivery.

  • Skills: Strong sales acumen, relationship management, technical fluency in lighting/electrical systems, and effective project coordination.

  • Attributes: Entrepreneurial, strategic yet hands‑on, energetic, and execution‑focused with a collaborative mindset.

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building Services, or related disciplines.
