Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales & Project Manager to join our growing team. This hybrid role emphasizes project management (70%), with a complementary focus on sales and client acquisition (30%). The ideal candidate will manage interior design & build projects from inception to completion while also driving new business opportunities in the F&B, retail, and hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Project Management (70% of job scope)

  • Lead the end-to-end management of interior design and build projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Develop project plans, track schedules, manage budgets, and oversee resources to meet client and company expectations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct regular site visits, monitor work progress, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, quotations, purchase orders, and reports.
  • Provide clear and consistent updates to clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with project standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.

B. Sales & Client Relations (30% of job scope)

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across targeted industries.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company objectives.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand presence and attract potential clients.
Requirements & Professional Experience:
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or client servicing within the F&B, retail, or hospitality sectors is highly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to manage diverse teams and client expectations.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A diploma or degree in Interior Design, Business, or related fields is advantageous.
