Job summary

A recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to handle daily sales operations, serve as a contact for customer inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and over 2 years of experience in a sales support or customer service role, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. This is a full-time position based in the East area.

  • Electronics Manufacturing Industry
  • Monday - Friday (8.30am - 6.00pm)
  • Basic salary up $4000 +VB
  • East area (Kaki Bukit)
Job Responsibilities
  • Handle daily sales operations such as preparing quotations, processing purchase orders, and managing delivery orders and invoices.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely solutions and support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Logistics, Procurement, and Marketing) to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, identifying and capitalizing on new sales opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, tenders, and other relevant documentation.
  • Monitor and track sales programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the sales process, including system enhancements and process automation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales support, program management, or customer service role, preferably in the electronics or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills with a detail-oriented approach to work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to grow and develop professionally.
