Monday to Friday (8:30am to 5:30pm)

TRAINING PROVIDED

Job Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted market research and proactive customer engagement.

Manage and grow existing accounts by delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term partnerships.

Conduct compelling product presentations and hands-on demonstrations to clinicians and hospital teams.

Prepare and present accurate quotations, proposals, and project timelines tailored to client needs.

Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including product training and troubleshooting.

Follow up on leads generated from trade shows, marketing campaigns, and digital channels to maximize sales potential.

Maintain meticulous records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.

Collaborate closely with internal teams (R&D, marketing, customer support) to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelors’ Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Prior experience in Engineering or Medical related field would be an added advantage
