Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in sales operations with a supply chain management background.
  • Experience preferably in the Electrical & Electronics industry.
  • Prior supervisory experience is ideal.

Job description
Sales Operations & Supply Chain Manager (US MNC)

Lead the inside sales operations team to enhance sales effectiveness, streamline procurement processes, and optimize supply chain performance.

Oversee procurement, inventory management & operations to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize supply chain risk.

Develop and continuously refine supplier programs, sourcing strategies, and supply chain workflows to ensure operational excellence.

Develop and implement standardized sales processes and leverage data-driven tools to strengthen performance visibility and efficiency.

Manage annual sales planning cycles, setting revenue and margin goals that align with broader business objectives.

Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to conduct regular business reviews, evaluate sales programs, and enhance customer value delivery.

Collaborate with cross-functional team to identify improvement areas, eliminate process gaps, and drive productivity gains.

Utilize analytics and forecasting to support data-based decision-making, resource allocation, and performance tracking.

Define and enforce expectations for data accuracy, system utilization, and consistent reporting standards across sales tools and platforms.

Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • Bachelor in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 3 - 5 years of experience in sales operation with supply chain management & procurement background, preferably from Electrical & Electronics industry
  • Prior supervisory experience will be ideal for this position
