Our client is a well-established financial services firm known for delivering tailored insurance solutions to high-net-worth clients. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a meticulous and proactive Sales Operations Manager / Case Manager to support insurance sales consultants in the end-to-end case management process.

This is a critical role that bridges internal teams, insurers, and clients. You will be responsible for ensuring every case submission is handled with precision and care, enabling consultants to deliver exceptional service and results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support sales consultants by preparing insurance quotations, illustrations, and key case documentation for client meetings
  • Act as the primary contact for all new business and post-sale support, ensuring smooth policy issuance and servicing.
  • Coordinate case preparation tasks including medical arrangements, KYC checks, and application form completion.
  • Submit and track new insurance applications across various insurers, ensuring timely follow-through to policy inception.
  • Respond to internal and external queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate case documentation within the CRM and ensure compliance with internal processes.
  • Provide regular reporting to internal stakeholders, including banks.

Contribute to additional department projects and duties as required.

Requirements

The successful candidate minimum of 2 years of case management experience, ideally gained within the insurance or broking industry. Prior exposure to supporting high-net-worth clientele is highly preferred. You must be comfortable using various insurer platforms to generate proposals and have a working knowledge of underwriting processes to avoid delays during submissions.

This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is naturally organised, and follows through on details. Strong communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to juggle competing deadlines are essential. You should also be confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to produce polished and accurate documentation.
