Job Title: Sales Operations Management Coordinator cum Quantity Surveyor

Occupation: Sales Assistant Manager / Quantity Surveyor

Job Description & Requirements

Core Responsibilities
1. Client Communication & Coordination
  • Liaise with clients to provide project updates, quotations, and schedule appointments.
  • Respond to basic enquiries and elevate technical or survey‑related questions to the survey team.
  • Coordinate with clients on project scopes, site access, and survey schedules.
2. Quotation, Tender & Invoicing Support
  • Prepare, send, and follow up on quotations and invoices.
  • Assist with tender submissions and document formatting, if required.
  • Conduct preliminary cost estimation for survey projects, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
3. Quantity Surveying & Project Cost Management
  • Prepare measurement sheets, bills of quantities (BOQ), and cost reports for land surveying projects.
  • Track project costs, monitor budget adherence, and assist in financial reporting.
  • Review subcontractor and supplier quotes and coordinate procurement for survey projects.
4. Payment Follow-up
  • Track payment statuses and follow up with clients on outstanding invoices.
  • Maintain accurate records of payment collection timelines.
5. Sales & Quota Support
  • Support the team in achieving monthly or quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor job conversion rates and client engagement metrics.
6. Database & CRM Management
  • Update client information, job progress, and status in CRM systems or Excel trackers.
  • Assist in generating monthly sales and project reports.
7. Administrative & Field Coordination Tasks
  • Perform filing, data entry, and ensure timely delivery of documents such as survey reports.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and site visits for the sales and survey teams.
  • Coordinate with surveyors on field logistics, site safety, and equipment requirements.
Key Skills Required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of invoicing, billing procedures, and project costing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Google Sheets, and CRM systems.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Comfortable working with sales targets, KPIs, and project budgets.
  • (Bonus) Familiarity with AutoCAD, or surveying terminology.
Other Useful Qualities
