A pharmacy company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Operations Executive to handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and ensure orders are fulfilled. Candidates should have a diploma or higher qualification in a related field, with a strong advantage for those with qualifications in Pharmaceutical Science. The role requires good organizational and customer service skills, working 5.5 days a week with alternate Saturdays off.

Job description

Job:

The Sales Operations Executive is responsible for attending to customer enquiries, preparing quotations and ensuring customer orders are fulfilled.

Responsibilities
  • Attend to customer queries.
  • Prepare quotations from customer enquiries (phone calls, faxes and e-mails).
  • Respond and source for stock for customers.
  • File quotations.
  • Assist in creating new customer accounts.
  • Receive customer purchase order, match with quotation and convert to sales order.
  • Process export of goods to customer overseas.
  • Print Medical Chest certificates and process.
  • Liaise with Maritime Port Authority of Singapore for certificate endorsement.
  • Print special product labels required by customers.
  • Print signed order for Controlled Drugs and follow through to collect back signed order from customer.
  • Liaise with relevant departments to arrange for collection of expired goods from customers and prepare disposal certificates.
  • Respond to customer enquiries on requirements and logistical arrangements.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints on products and delivery.
Requirements
  • Diploma or higher qualification in related field.
  • Qualification in Pharmaceutical Science and/or prior experience with pharmaceutical products/medical devices would be a strong advantage.
  • Computer literate.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Able to work 5.5 working days with alternate Saturdays off.
  • Responsible, committed and a team player.
