✈ Role Overview
As a Sales Operations Executive, you will play a key role in supporting Avi-Go’s commercial activities by ensuring smooth coordination between brokers and operators, maintaining data accuracy in our CRM, and assisting with sales and marketing initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, analytical, and organized, who enjoys working with data and has a strong interest in aviation and B2B sales operations.
✈ Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Operations & Support
- Follow up with operators on charter requests sent by broker users through the Avi-Go marketplace
- Maintain and update CRM records with the latest operator quotes, fleet details, and contact information
- Ensure data accuracy across sales pipelines, operator profiles, and activity logs
- Assist in preparing and maintaining sales performance reports and tracking metrics.
- Maintain a strong feedback loop with sales, marketing, and product teams to improve user experience
2. Platform Operations
- Manage backend data validation, including aircraft/operator profiles, pricing, and availability
- Monitor real-time platform activity and elevate system or data-related issues to product/tech teams
- Assist with quality control of trip requests, quotes, and transaction flows
- Coordinate with customers to complete missing data or documents required for usage
- Market Research & Lead Management
- Conduct lead gathering and data research to support sales campaigns and events
- Consolidate, organize, and update business contacts and operator information collected from events and outreachProvide insights and data support to the sales team for account planning and market development
3. General Operations
- Assist the commercial team with pre-event preparation, including contact organization and outreach
- Coordinate with the marketing team to support campaigns, email follow-ups, and engagement tracking
- Help manage and organize sales materials, presentations, and corporate decks
- Assist in localising help articles, templates, and SOP documentation
✈ Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, commercial support, or data management—preferably in SaaS, travel/aviation, or tech platforms (Fresh Grads are welcome to apply)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Customer-first mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Comfortable using support tools (e.g., Intercom, Zendesk), spreadsheets, and dashboards
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with an interest in aviation or travel tech
- Based in Singapore, with the ability to work onsite at our local office
