About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and organized individual to join our growing team at Chess at Three Singapore. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with families and children, thrives in a dynamic environment, and takes pride in creating seamless experiences for customers and tutors alike.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations Executive

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and walk-ins
  • Support parents with class sign-ups, onboarding, billing, rescheduling, and other administrative needs
  • Build lasting relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
Centre Operations
  • Oversee the daily operations of our Katong V centre — ensuring a welcoming, organized, and tidy environment
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and logistics to keep the centre running smoothlyProvide support for holiday camps, workshops, and special events
Tutor Operations
  • Coordinate with our team of tutors on scheduling, staffing, and training sessions
  • Track and confirm hours worked for payroll
  • Ensure all tutor-related administrative processes run efficiently
Who You Are
  • Friendly, proactive, and enjoys working with children and families
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Prior experience in education, customer service, or operations is a plus

Working Hours:
Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday — 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Location: Katong V, Singapore

Monthly Pay Range: SGD 2,800 - 3,500
