Job summary

A leading maritime services group in Singapore is seeking a candidate to manage RFQs, download customer inquiries from web-based portals, and accurately update information in the ERP system. The role requires excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. The salary package offers a basic pay of up to $4,200 with AWS. The position is located in Tuas, 5 minutes from Gul Circle MRT.

Responsibilities

• Handle RFQs and distribute quotes to clients.
• Download customer inquiries from various platforms.
• Update information in the ERP system as needed.
• Perform additional duties as requested by the management.

Job description

• Global maritime service group and leading ship supplier serving merchant marine, offshore, and defense industries.
• West location – Tuas (5-min walk from Gul Circle MRT)
• 5.5 days | After confirmation - Alternate Sat
• Basic up to $4,200 + AWS

Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling RFQs within the time allocated, including receiving, creating, and distributing the quote to the client
• Download customer inquiries and orders from various internet-based customer portals & e-platforms (i.e. Ship-Serv, SisCommerce, BaseNet, MarineLink, B2B, etc)
• Accurately update relevant information and line items in the company ERP system (D365 & SCINT)
• Perform any other duties as requested by the Commercial Director and/or line manager

Requirements

• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel)
• Able to work under constant deadline pressure
