JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a work-oriented and dynamic Sales and Operations coordinator:
- Sales - Support the sales team by handling administrative tasks, managing sales data, and streamlining processes to improve efficiency and support sales goals. Key responsibilities include generating sales reports, managing customer inquiries and orders, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining sales documentation.
- Operations - Organizes and oversees daily business operations to ensure they are efficient and productive. Responsibilities include managing projects, coordinating cross-departmental communication, tracking performance metrics, and developing and maintaining operational procedures.
JOB Responsibilities:
Sales Coordination
- Sales support: Assist with daily sales activities, manage customer inquiries and orders, process sales documents, and coordinate with sales leadership, marketing, and customer service teams.
- Data management: Maintain and update sales and stock data, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and other performance metrics to provide insights to the sales team.
- Operational efficiency: Streamline sales processes, assist in implementing sales strategies, and support inventory management and logistics as needed.
- Coordination: Coordinate sales team schedules, arrange product demonstrations or deliveries, and assist with sales training and onboarding programs.
- Administrative tasks: Handle general administrative support, prepare invoices, and assist with other tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Operations Coordination
- Manage daily operations: Coordinate and manage the day-to-day tasks of the business.
- Improve processes: Streamline business processes, identify and resolve problems, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and quality.
- Project management: Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments.
- Performance tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and report findings to management.
- Documentation: Create and maintain operational guides, reports, and other documentation.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in construction related field.
- Minimum 2 years of construction industry operations experience and 2 yrs in sales or project management.
- Self-motivated, responsible and results-oriented
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Excel
Remuneration:
- Basic salary starting from S$3,000 to $4,000
- 5.5-day work week (Alternate Sat work in office, and work from home)
- 24 days Leave (14 days annual leave and 10 days Casual leave 10 Days)
- Quarterly Performance when KPI Sales exceeds KPI Target
