A leading retail company in Singapore is seeking a Store Manager to lead and manage a group of store managers. You will drive the achievement of sales and operational targets while providing excellent retail experiences. Candidates should have a diploma and at least 3 years of operational experience in a similar role. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills are essential. To lead and manage a group of store managers to deliver area business plan and KPIs within budget. To be accountable for overseeing the individual store activities are effectively carried out. Assist in achieving financial and operational goals of the business. Coach and supervisor a team of Store Managers to deliver excellent retail experience for our customers in order to achieve sales and other retail targets.
Support to stores on delivering KPIs on Sales, profitability and service standard
Lead and motivate a team of Store In Charge to achieve business objectives, operations excellence in Store & Service standards
Analyse reports and trends, to engaged internal functions to identify opportunities and roll out plans
To assess store environments and workflow in order to put up practical proposals for business improvement
To comply with company procedures at all times in order to protect valuable assets including its people and to achieve company KPIs
Review store surrounding retail environments to identify areas for improvement opportunities
Responsible in identifying potentials candidates among the store teams and groom them as part of succession planning
Be exemplary role model to the team members in work ethics and sales driven with a flair for creativity
Perform any other duties as assigned by Management
Diploma holder with a passion for retail management
At least 3 years of operational experience in a similar capacity
Knowledge of Retail/ Health & Beauty related industry
Possess Strong leadership qualities
Confident & self-driven
Strong integrity and professionalism
Results orientated, resourceful, and willing to be “hands-on” when required
With good analytical skills & commercial sense
Meticulous and committed
Strong level of judgement
Good communication (spoken and written), interpersonal and people management skills
