Sales Incentives
- Oversee the end-to-end sales incentive process, from calculation to payout.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance accuracy and efficiency through process and system improvements.
- Manage tight timelines to ensure results are finalized and submitted on schedule.
CRM Optimization and Process Development
- Partner with Sales and CRM teams to design and implement optimized CRM processes.
- Stay informed on new CRM features and product updates, ensuring alignment and adoption across Sales teams.
- Lead process standardization initiatives across APAC and METAP markets, providing clear guidelines and training to Sales teams.
Business Analytics and Reporting
- Conduct detailed analyses of business operations to deliver data‑driven insights and recommendations.
- Develop clear, actionable management reports and dashboards to support leadership decision‑making.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and cross‑functional teams (Finance, HR/Payroll, Product, HQ) with a strong focus on client service and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Analytics, or related fields
- 3+ years’ experience in fast‑paced environments (preferably in Media, Digital Advertising, or Business Operations)
- Strong analytical, detail‑oriented, and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); BI tools a plus
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently under pressure
Salary range : S$5,000.00 – S$6,500.00
