Job summary

A local signage manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking an Assistant to the Sales Manager. This role involves preparing delivery orders, tracking jobs, liaising with clients regarding installation dates, and handling client feedback effectively. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word, and should demonstrate good communication skills. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Prepare daily delivery orders and track signed and unsigned ones.
  • Distribute production job sheets and liaise with clients on installation.
  • Monitor and ensure all confirmed jobs are executed.
