Sales Operations Intern
Document Verification & Compliance:
- Review and validate loan application documents to ensure completeness and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Flag any discrepancies or missing information for follow-up.
Case Submission & Processing
Accurately input and submit loan applications into internal systems and portals.
- Liaise with the credit and underwriting team to ensure smooth processing and approval flow.
- Track the status of each case and follow up on outstanding approvals or clarification whenever necessary.
Customer Account Management
- Manage and maintain records of existing SME clients in CRM systems. o Provide operational support to ensure timely disbursements, renewals and servicing needs of existing clients.
- Manage and handle all operational inquiries or requirements from existing clients.
Internal and External Support Function
- Work closely with Sales, Credit, Risk and Finance teams to facilitate end-toend deal closure.
- Support the sales team by preparing reports, updating dashboards and ensuring all submissions are in order.
- Liaising with brokers or external partners whenever necessary to assist in the coordination and processing of deals.
Compliance & Best Practices
- Ensure all commercial activities comply with local regulations and industry standards. o Stay informed of market developments and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain Jenfi’s competitive edge.
