Weekend work is required for roadshows.

Job description

This role is to support the operations team. The job enables the candidate to work in a multi-national work environment that is interesting and never boring.

• We are looking for candidates that can start work immediately.

Job Scope:

• Daily operations. Generates invoices / DO / PO /CN and process orders received, including filing and data entry.
• Be involved in inventory / stock take / goods returns / AR.
• Packs orders for online sales.
• Practice good customer service to attend to incoming calls and messages (Whats App / Social Media). Make courtesy calls to customers.
• Perform general operations and administration functions and other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time-to-time.

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years relevant experiences, preferably in food factory or manufacturing industry.
• Excellent communication and must be Bilingual
• Well versed in Singapore roads for route planning.
• Polite, friendly and cheerful personality is a must.
• Fast learner, accurate, committed, positive mindset, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Include your knowledge of languages in resume.
• Efficient in MS Office, Social Media (Tik Tok, FB & IG) and UBS invoicing software.
• Prepared to work on weekends for roadshows and on 3rd day of CNY (The company breaks for CNY is from CNY eve till CNY 2nd day).
