Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for client inquiries and orders.
  • Prepare detailed quotations and monitor industry trends.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide feedback to teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales & Business Development
    Identify and pursue new clients in target industries (e.g., aerospace, medical, automotive, industrial equipment)
    Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for precision engineering services (CNC machining, fabrication, tooling)
    Develop strategic account plans for key customers
  2. Technical Sales Support
    Prepare detailed quotations (materials, tolerances, lead times)
    Liaise with engineering teams to assess manufacturing feasibility
    Conduct customer site visits to understand technical requirements
  3. Customer Relationship Management
    Serve as primary contact for client inquiries and orders
    Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms
    Resolve quality/delivery issues with internal teams
  4. Market Intelligence
    Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
    Provide feedback on customer needs to R&D/production
    Identify opportunities for new services/products
  5. Sales Operations
    Maintain CRM records (Salesforce, HubSpot)
    Generate sales reports (pipeline, conversion rates)
    Coordinate with logistics for on-time delivery
Qualifications & Skills
  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering/Business/Marketing
  • 3–5 years in technical sales (manufacturing/engineering preferred)
