Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an Indoor Sales Executive to manage sales orders and provide excellent customer support. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in MS Office and relevant experience. This role involves both sales processing and telemarketing responsibilities, ensuring high customer satisfaction and building meaningful client relationships. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with a salary range of $2,200 - $3,000.

Indoor Sales Executive

Working hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri), 8.30am - 5.30pm
Location: 1 Corporation Dr [Lakeside]
Salary: $2,200 - $3,000

Sales Responsibilities:
  • Processing of sales orders, delivery orders, and invoice.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional sales support.
  • Answer all product-related questions and addressing queries promptly.
  • Communicate efficiently with customers through various channels.
  • Support the development of new and existing products.
  • Bookkeeping of customers’ transactions, complaints and all necessary records.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
Telemarketing Responsibilities:
  • Procuring new clients through direct contact and word-of-mouth.
  • Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients if required
  • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
  • Suggesting upgrades or added services that may be of interest to clients.
  • Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
