Royal Organisation in Singapore is seeking a Sales & Marketing Trainee to start in a hands-on role with no base salary, earning purely on commissions based on sales results.

You will begin with face-to-face customer engagement, represent clients at events, and work toward individual and team sales targets. The role includes mentorship, leadership development, and potential travel opportunities depending on performance.

This position is full comms: 100% commission, with no fixed basic salary. Your earnings depend on sales results.
