  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide technically-informed consultation to clients on mechanical systems, industrial equipment, and engineered solutions.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Prepare and review technical proposals, quotations, and presentations with accurate engineering specifications.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather client feedback to refine business strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and project teams to ensure solutions meet technical and industry requirements.

  • Ensure excellent after-sales support and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
