Qualifications

• Candidates without relevant qualifications but with good relevant working experiences will be considered.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in soil improvement/construction/related works.
• Candidates with past working experiences with developers, IDs will be of added advantage.

Job Description

1. Handling both local and global customers, attending to enquiries and requests, negotiating terms, providing after sales customer support and debt management
2. Establish strong customer relationships
3. Preparation of proposals, tenders, sales quotation and presentation slides
4. Plan, organise, implement and manage on project progress, schedule, budget, safety and administrative matters
5. Liaise with main contractor, sub-contractors, consultant and other related parties on project and contractual matters
6. Liaise with authorities for all project related matters and requirements to ensure smooth implementation of projects
7. Prepare, submit and monitor progress reports, claims
8. Identify business opportunities
9. New products and market development
10. Other duties as assigned by the management

Requirements

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply while candidates without relevant qualifications but with good relevant working experiences will be considered.

1. Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Construction Management
2. Min 3 years working experience in soil improvement / construction / related works
3. Candidates with past working experiences with developers, IDs will be of added advantage
4. Positive with good interpersonal skills - ability to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner
5. Pro‑active & ability to work in a team yet independently
6. Take initiative to understand the in‑depth knowledge of our products and market
7. Computer literate – MS Office. Knowledge of Autocad is an added advantage
8. Possess own car with valid driving license will be an added advantage
9. Willing to travel
