Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities for large format slabs in residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and developers to understand their project needs.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets, including pricing strategies and customer acquisition tactics.
- Project Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, fabrication, and installation) to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Industry Networking: Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to position the company as a market leader in large format slab solutions.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to refine business strategies.
Requirements
- Degree in Design, Sale, Marketing or related studies.
- At least 3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or account management within the building materials, interior design, or construction industry.
- Strong network within the architecture, design, or contractor community.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and negotiate contracts.

Main Role:
- Support the Sales / Business Development team.
- Cold Calling: Contact businesses and potential clients to promote company products/services
- Obtain client information including client name, address and profile.
- Contact client to follow up initial interaction
- Schedule appointment for Business Development to meet prospective clients.
- Assist QS in requesting costing from supplier.
- Monitoring and issuance of purchase order, request material samples and arrange delivery of goods.
- Adhoc duties (e.g. filing, answering phone calls, preparation of sample board)
