1. Role Description:

It exposes the trainee to business development, client relationship management, and marketing operations that drive the company’s growth in the logistics and supply chain sector.

2. Specific Responsibilities:
  • Assist in identifying and qualifying potential clients in various sectors (FMCG, manufacturing, retail, e-commerce).
  • Support preparation of client proposals, quotations, and service presentations.
  • Create content for social media platforms, newsletters, and promotional materials (banners, brochures, infographics).
  • Help plan, design, and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to promote logistics and transport services.
  • Contribute to the development of new marketing ideas and client engagement strategies.
  • Participate in internal meetings focused on business growth, market expansion, and service improvement.
3. Competencies:
  • Basic use of platforms like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot for tracking leads and customer interactions.
  • Conducting competitor analysis and market intelligence using online resources.
  • Basic graphic design and copywriting skills for digital content.
