Role & Responsibilities
  • Own and drive the entire sales strategy for digital marketing and web development services.
  • Lead a dedicated sales team while working closely with specialized departments.
  • Develop strategic proposals combining web development and digital marketing solutions.
  • Create and execute innovative sales strategies to capture enterprise‑level opportunities.
  • Collaborate with expert teams to craft winning solutions for clients.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to generate a minimum of 60 qualified leads per month.
  • Design and implement EDM campaigns to nurture prospects and drive conversions.
  • Oversee and optimize SEO performance across company and client digital properties to enhance organic visibility.
  • Oversee and evaluate SEM performance to maximize ROI on paid advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Creative Design and Content teams to ensure marketing collateral aligns with brand positioning and sales objectives.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing metrics and lead generation effectiveness.
Required Experience & Skills
  • 5+ years in technology sales, preferably in digital marketing and web development.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, Social) and web development landscapes.
  • Experience in solution selling and managing complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Leadership experience building and mentoring high‑performing sales teams.
  • Excellent PowerPoint presentation skills with ability to create compelling decks for client pitches and internal strategy sessions.
  • In‑depth knowledge of Web Development and Digital Marketing services, trends, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in lead generation and marketing campaign management.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret SEO/SEM data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
